Advantage offers one-way rental discount
Posted on: October 4th, 2007 by Jean AdamsUS-based Advantage Rent A Car is offering one-way rental discounts, allowing travelers to pick-up a vehicle at one Advantage outlet, and then drop it off at another at the end of their trip. One-way rental cars cost $60 per day, and the drop off fee is waived for these clients. The deal is valid this fall and can be used at all Advantage locations within the
United States. This one-way promotional can be ideal for those who need a rental vehicle in order to drive from one location in the
US to another, but will not be planning on returning home in the short-term. For a family of three or four, a one-day car rental can be a much more economical form of intercity transportation than taking the train or traveling by air.
Advantage also offers a range of upgrades with the one-way special. For example, renters can request a sport utility, such as a
Durango, or a mini-van, if they are traveling as a larger family and would need more space and comfort. This deal is available for all renters who are at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Additionally, Advantage can only register one driver with each car. The $60 is the basic fee, but does not cover any optional insurance policies, collision waivers, or taxes. Under the terms of this promotional, cars may be rented for a maximum of 14 days. While the vast majority of Advantage locations are participating in this deal, outlets in
Las Vegas are currently excluded.
