BA terminal 5 fiasco continues

The chaos at Heathrow terminal 5 continues and is said to have cost British Airways 16 million. 10 days after the fanfare opening the airline is forced to cancel dozens of flights.

Since opening, hundreds of flights have been cancelled because of the airlines new state of the art baggage-handling system.
