Enterprise Rent-a-Car has just introduced a new application making vehicle hire easy for customers in the UK. The app is available free-of-charge and is designed to function with android and iOS operating systems.
The app assists customers through all stages of the rental process. It has a function that quickly locates the nearest Enterprise depot when given location data. It also displays full contact details for the branch. This information is available for the 7,200 Enterprise branches around the world.
The app can also provide hirers with detailed directions to the depot. Another useful option is the capability of modifying an existing reservation prior to pickup time. While on the road, the app provides the means of 24/7 access to the firm’s customer services team and also to assistance in the unlikely event of a breakdown.
Hirers with a pre-existing membership of the supplier’s loyalty scheme, Enterprise Plus, can use the app from the same login. The app features a quick-start homepage that remembers past searches and branches. One final bonus is real-time access to current bookings as well as the user’s own personal rental archive.
Enterprise’s manager for the UK and Ireland, Khaled Shahbo, says that the app is an extension of the company’s outstanding branch service. He noted that hirers would have all the information they needed to ensure their reservations, pickups and hire periods were trouble-free.
Mr Shahbo continued by saying that everything needed was now available by the simple means of clicking a few icons with the fingers. The app is available from both the Google Play and iTunes stores.
