Did you happen to watch the Singapore night-time Grand Prix? Did it make you want to own your very own fast car on the streets of Singapore, but you cannot afford one? Well, now you can, almost, in the form of renting from a new specialist supercar company that has opened its doors up in the country. Luxe Car Rental can make almost any man or woman’s dream come true by giving them the chance to drive a Ferrari, Porsche or Lamborghini among others.

Luxury car rental has been the norm in the west for some years now and they make excellent gift ideas for birthdays, weddings or any other special occasion. It can turn into a bit of an expense as when these cars are hired they do not come cheap. On top of the rental price there will also be a surcharge for the amount of miles you wish have done, which can actually be bought before before hand for a discount. Other factors that have to be taken in are the additional running costs of a supercar, lets just say the MPG will not be as good as Prius Hybrid.

Luxe only opened in Singapore last year and so far their fleet is being kept at just seven cars, but the business development manager, Denny Koh, feels there is much room to grow there and they are expecting to increase their fleet to 15 top marques very soon. Among the top cars they have at the minute include the Lamborghini Gallardo and the Ferrari F430. Mr Koh says that these cars are booked out every weekend and it usually by the male market of 30-35-year-olds.
