Celebrity gets anger management advice after British Airways incident
Posted on: June 24th, 2008 by Hannah WestfieldDonald Trump, the prominent American real estate tycoon, has reportedly encouraged Naomi Campbell to seek anger management counselling after her run-in with UK authorities, following an incident on a British Airways flight. Trump apparently thinks that Campbell is ripe for some therapy, in order to ensure that she does not act in an aggressive and potentially violent manner the next time she flies and when she finds that the trip did not turn out the way she expected it. The world famous supermodel was recently sentenced to 200 hours of compulsory community service, after she caused a scene aboard a British Airways flight, called the staff “racist” and had to be escorted off by authorities.
Trump pointed out that it may be in Campbell’s best interest to seek professional help, in order to control an apparent problem which has been around for some time. The British news media has covered Campbell’s similar out-breaks in the past, such as when she reportedly assaulted her own maid. “She has a little anger management problem. You don’t want to mess with Naomi,” Trump said in an interview. The prominent businessman and television celebrity in his own right, however, went on to add that he knows Campbell and has found her to be a “good woman,” despite this apparent problem. For her part, Campbell maintains that the incident aboard the airplane was sparked by a clear instance of racism and name calling on the part of some BA staff.
