Fox Rent A Car to increase locations
Posted on: March 19th, 2008 by Peter HeadleyIn fulfilment of an expansion strategy that is taking place across the company, a corporate location has been opened by Fox Rent A Car at the Seattle Airport. The opening of another corporate location is in the pipeline in Salt Lake City and the official opening is expected to be on the first of April.
Fox Rent A Car opened the corporate location in Seattle last year in August. It will in the end relocate to the consolidated car rental complex that is in the planning stages presently. The corporate location in Seattle will enable Fox Rent A Car to reach the target market of local businesses and value oriented customers. So far the car hire growth in the Seattle location has been phenomenal.
The Vice President of Business Development, Joe Knight disclosed that their choice of new locations was driven by suggestions from their customers. This was after they did a survey and based on the feedback the company settled on opening the Seattle and Salt Lake locations. More locations are set to be opened in 2008 and plans are already underway. Joe Knight added that in the airports they now had a presence in, new opportunities continued to arise.
The founder and owner of Fox Rent A car, Mike Jaberi revealed that opening the Seattle Airport location had turned out to be a worthwhile investment. The founder and owner of Fox Rent A Car was confident that as the car hire firm continued to grow and their web-based reservation system improved, sales would continue to rise and entry to new airport markets was bound to succeed.
