Hilton brand expand at Luton Airport

Luton Airport is all set for a brand new hotel in the form of Hilton Garden Inn, which should be ready for opening in two years time. It will be developed by the property company, The Ability Group, with work starting soon close to Parkway Railway Station. This is the pairs fifth project together to date after they collaborated on the first Hilton Doubletree in Cambridge back in 2007. The other projects yet to be complete include hotels in Liverpool and West London and Hilton Dunblane Hydro which was opened just last month.

The new project in Luton is set to create new jobs in the area, while also giving a much needed boost to the economy. Many of the staff at the existing hotel will be carried over to the new one and more employees will be hired. The 250-room hotel will be aimed at the mid-level market and will have a 24-hour pantry, which will serve readymade meals as well simple snacks and drinks. In addition, there will be all the usual extras Hilton customers have come to expect, like free high-speed internet and 24-hour business and fitness centres. The rooms will be equipped with specially designed beds, generous working space at a desk in the room, flat screen TV with satellite connection and mini-bar.

The Hilton Hotel brand has been around for more than 90-years now, and they continue to grow with partnerships all over the world in 77 different countries. They offer everything for top-end full service accommodation to budget at some of the best locations in the world.
