Hungarian hotel offers car rental deal

Hungary’s Allegro Tihany Centrum Hotel, located on the shores of Lake Balaton, is offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy three nights accommodation at this upscale establishment, as well as a car rental for only €387. In addition to their room, guests can expect to receive a Ford Fusion as part of the car hire agreement, which comes with unlimited mileage and complimentary 24 hour roadside assistance. The €387 fee also includes accommodation for two, a welcome drink at the Tihany Centrum upon arrival, as well as free parking at the hotel. Those looking to spend a little more time at Lake Balaton can also sign up for the seven day accommodation and car rental special, currently priced at €849.

The Tihany Centrum Hotel offers guest transfers to the FlyBalaton Airport, located nearby, in the Hungarian town of Sármellék, as well as an on-site swimming pool, organized vineyard visits, a souvenir shop, massage, a hair salon, and wireless internet throughout the establishment.

Balaton is Central Europe’s largest lake and has long served as a popular summer holiday destination for Germans and others in the region. The area is not only ideal for water sports enthusiasts, but also for those interested in vineyards, which dot the picturesque Western Hungarian landscape.
