New daily flight from London City to Geneva

The Geneva based airline, Baboo, has put into operation their new service that runs from London City Airport to Geneva last Sunday. It will travel twice a day between the two business capitals on a code share with Air France. It will also acts as stopover for passengers wishing to travel to the Italian city of Venice. The general manager of Air France for the UK and Ireland said that the company is delighted to offer this service to Geneva from their base in London as it strengthens their list of destinations by two in one go.

The new route is sure to attract a lot of passengers in both business and the leisure market. The ski season is soon upon us and a direct flight to Geneva for London based dwellers will be fantastic for a short break of action packed activities on the slopes. As well as this, the connection onto Venice is a great way to spend a romantic weekend away, floating in gondolas while taking in the beautiful Venetian architecture that adorns the streets and canals of the city.

It seems in recent times many airlines are now more and more taking on the idea of code sharing on certain routes. It benefits the airline as they can now offer more destinations to their customers and customers do not have to worry about flying with two different airlines just to get the best deal for their destination. Flights for the London-Geneva-Venice will start at just £59 one-way including all taxes.
