Andrew found a job writing online and quit the truck driving business, and now he can take his little girl to the zoo, park and do other fun things with her whenever he likes.
Andy Simpson is a gym teacher for an elementary school in the US. Having achieved a degree in college for teaching both physical education and English, he also loves to write. It is for this passion that Andy also writes for websites – both content work and news – in his spare time. When he’s not working though, Andy likes to read, ride his bike for exercise, and even volunteer for the local homeless shelter.

Dave Anderson is a martial arts teacher for the local studio, taking on students of all ages. He particularly likes to teach beginners, as he enjoys the fundamentals of martial arts. He has always enjoyed watching the news and keeping up with what’s going on around him, so he figured, “What better way to do that than to write about it?”
Doug Smith is a retired police officer who wasn’t really sure what he could do with his free time after his wife passed away from cancer. He decided to give computers a try and, with the help of his son, he learned how to work them pretty fast, including using the internet to keep in touch with family through email. Doug soon spread out from even this and started writing news online for something to do during the day, enjoying it a lot.
Frank Todd is a blacksmith who dabbles in creating a number of things, but what he really likes to make are decorative knives and swords. As a man of many trades, he also writes news for websites, is a pilot for a local travel company a couple times a month, and even builds small shelves and cabinets for friends of friends. Hobbies that Frank enjoys include playing computer and home console video games, hiking and mountain climbing, and swimming.
Garry Robertson use to work for a gas station company and actually followed his career until he was a regional manager. After working in this field for so long, he decided to try other things too. So when he found that he could write news for websites online, Garry retired early. Now he has more time to enjoy doing what he loves – going to the gym to keep up his health and playing golf with his buddies.
Hannah Westfield is a stay at home mom, taking care of her two children and pets. She works for a reality company, putting together the books for them, but she does it all from home. Writing has always been her passion, so she is also working on a book of her own, which she hopes to complete and get published in the next year or two.
Kate Poole has been a student counselor for the local high school in her town for about 3 years now. After discovering that she was pregnant, she decided to take a part-time job to help pay for some of the extra expenses. Preferring to work from home, Kate looked for a job on the internet and found that she could write news for websites. Now she has been doing this for a while, as she enjoys it a lot since she gets to spend time with her son more often than she would if she worked somewhere else.
Lisa Davidson has been a registered nurse at the hospital near her home for about three years now, working with the patients who go into recovery after being in the Intensive Care Unit. She only works there a few times out of the week though, because she also writes news on some days for sites online. In the near future, she hopes to start a family, other than five dogs, with her husband of two years.
Martin Fellowes is an employee at the local theater, which he loves since he can see movies during the week for free and take a guest along with him. On days that he doesn’t work there, he writes news for a few websites. Martin’s greatest loves, however, are comics and video games. He also loves being the geek he is and even goes to conventions, taking off from work at the theater if he has to and writing while he travels.
Peter Headley owns a cabinet making business, mostly taking care of getting jobs for his men to do and making sure that they are done when they need to be. On the side though, he is a news writer for Carrentals.co.uk. During his spare time, Peter likes to go out for dinner with his daughter and son-in-law, whom he is very close with. He also enjoys going fishing, hunting, and taking holidays at the beach.
Robert Bergerson use to work for the Pepsi Company, but has been retired for about five years now. He loves to share stories of working at Pepsi with his family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Now that Robert is home with his wife, he likes to fill some of the empty space of time with writing news online – after of course he got help from his oldest grandson. What he loves more than anything though, is getting his family together for a great time.
Samantha Williams is a teacher assistant at the elementary school near her home after just recently transferring due to staff cuts. Instead of working with just one grade of kids, she gets to work with first through sixth grades – a lot of names to remember! During her down time at school and home, Samantha gets online to write news about everything travel, and traveling to the places she writes about is something that she hopes to do one day.
Taylor Smith is a bartender for Hooters, working mostly on the weekends. During the week however, she enjoys getting to write news about travel, including travel companies, airlines, and major weather conditions for certain travel destinations. When she isn’t working, Taylor loves to go to the park, bike ride, hike, surf, and just relax in the sun, but during the winter she goes snowboarding, ice skating, and makes sure she drinks lots of hot chocolate to keep warm.
