Premier Inn wins top business travel award

The giant hotel chain has been the proud winner of a trophy for the third year in a row at the glitzy Business Travel Awards, thought to many as the mark of excellence in the travel industry. The hotel chain won one of the most sought after awards when it picked up the Best Hotel Group gong for 2010. It is was the third time they have won the award and hotel are delighted at again proving they are the best in their category. Their hotels across the UK won the competition to be the best from the likes of Accor and everyone in the team are delighted with the result.

The panel of judges are made up largely of travel and tourism bosses who know about the industry. The host of the award ceremony said the judges particularly liked the Good Night Guarantee offered by the hotel chain and stated in their judging. It looks set to be a great year for the hotel chain that is going from strength to strength within the group. Patrick Dempsey, managing director for Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants, said that this award proves that they are doing right by their customers and their peers in the hotel business.
