A little while ago the car rental firm, Sixt, launched an internet blog site designed for their customers. It was setup to give their customers some fun stories to read as well as offering tips and great advice when it comes to hiring a car or van. It is located on a different address, Sixtblog.co.uk, and has some entertaining stories to get you on with your day. Customers can also log on to ask questions about car rental whether it is related to the company or not. It also has an up-to-date traffic section that can give its customers all the latest news on traffic problems for their region in the UK.
Launched in the summer it has proved quite popular among the UK public with growing numbers of people discovering the website. One of the most popular sections is when the public gets to ask for advice on car rentals. This does not just relate to the normal questions that you can find on most website FAQ, but also goes into renting abroad at their sister sites across the world. Questions like tyre depth for ski resorts and convertibles for beach resorts were among the top listed questions.
Sixt are thriving to offer their customers even more when it comes to contact and service this year. They have also just launched their next generation iSixt application, which makes even easier for people to make reservations while on the go. Customers with iPhones can now make, adjust and even cancel booking at just a few clicks of their phones.
