Top class spas for Abu Dhabi and Heathrow airports
Posted on: November 23rd, 2009 by Taylor SmithProbably one of the worst things about flying has to be the build up to boarding the plane, all that tension as you wait for your flight to be called released in one long exasperated sigh. Well how about having their tension eased out of you before even hearing your flight being called. Six Senses Spas and Resorts have only just recently come to an agreement with Etihad Airways to launch spas at two of their airport lounges. The first will be at the Diamond First Class and Pearl Business Class lounges at Heathrow’s Terminal 4 and the second to be opened will be at their sister lounges in Abu Dhabi.
All services will be open to first and business class passengers and also those that have paid for the upgrade to use a private lounge. The spas will be able to cater to those on short transit through either of the airports offering a revitalising 15 minute session of Six Senses special treatments. Also from the Asian spa will be all the services that are on offer across the globe from head massages, feet detoxing and great advice for your onward journey.
For those that have a little more time on their hands there are some great treatments on offer to make you fully relaxed before your flight. Six Senses facial treatments are great for people returning from a holiday keeping them fresh faced as if they never left their holiday. There are also neck and back realignments sessions for full comfort that compliments the seating offered by Etihad. Whatever you choose you are sure to enjoy your onward journey after a trip to the spa.
