Tours of China and other Asian countries offered at reduced rates
Posted on: October 7th, 2007 by Samantha WilliamsOne of the largest US-based operators of guided tours in China and other Asian countries has announced a $250 discount on a range of vacations for the fall and winter seasons. Pacific Delight Tours’ promotion is aimed at rewarding early birds, who book their vacation packages by no later than November 8, 2007. The firm is offering those interested in taking a guided tour in Asia a 116-page guide, detailing all tours and packages currently offered.
There are approximately 40 different tours and vacation packages available. All guides that work for Pacific Delight are bilingual, experienced and are well-versed in the given region’s history and culture. These tours are generally ideal for those interested in China’s past and heritage, as the focus is very much on uncovering historic sites of cultural interest. In addition to the tours offered in mainland China, a number of extras and upgrades can also be added to any vacation package. These include trips to Tibet, Cambodia, Thailand, as well as to Vietnam. There are also separate tour packages that focus on the legendary Yangtze River. These are essentially cruises and passengers travel on state of the art cruise ships, enjoying all the amenities they would expect to receive on a western cruise.
In order to receive the $250 per person discount, it is advisable to book or enquire using Pacific Delight’s website (PacificDelightTours.com). Most participants will purchase a vacation package, which includes airfare from either Los Angeles LAX) or San Francisco. Tour packages also come with full room and board in China, as well as entry tickets to most attractions.
