26 February 2008 – An early Easter and varying school holidays are helping keep holiday car hire prices down, according to price comparator Carrentals.co.uk, but demand for US rental is up as travellers look to cash in on the weak US$.

Carrentals.co.uk, which compares prices from over 45 of the leading car rental companies, has seen Easter bookings for US destinations such as Florida, New York and Boston, grow by 10% year on year as a growing number of people take advantage of the strong exchange rate and cheap trans-Atlantic flights to head stateside.
